BILLINGS, Mont. – A proposed recreational sports campus at Amend Park in Billings faced a setback in September when the South Billings Urban Renewal Association’s initiative failed. However, the project has found new life thanks to significant community support.
Signal Peak Energy donated $6 million towards the project and First Interstate Bank contributed $45,000. The initiative is now moving forward with assistance from the Chamber of Commerce, SBURA, and other public-private partnerships.
