Billings, Mont.— Construction is officially underway on the Signal Peak Energy Ice Arena, following a groundbreaking ceremony on May 7, 2025. The twin-sheet facility, part of the Amend Park Recreation Campus, represents a major public-private investment in local sports and economic growth. Work begins in June, with plans to open the arena by early 2026.
